Thermaltake Smart BX1 RGB 750W 80Plus Bronze

Yes, but I would choose the Corsair RM650e (2025) for its higher quality and similar price range. This PSU will reliably power your setup but if you want to upgrade in the future, then :

Corsair TX750M (2021), similar price

but after i change motherboard ram and cpu will i need new psu?

No, stay with your PSU now, it has got enough head room for future upgrade;)  Of course, it also depends on what you're upgrading to.

you're buying high end parts, most notably 7800x3D, and can't afford new PSU?

should be enough though
