Unplug all drives, internally and externally. Remove all but one stick of RAM.

Clear the CMOS. Try to get into the Bios.

Not really. It means it can pass an efficiency test, not that it's high quality.

Once you manage to get into Windows:

go to C:\Windows\Minidump\
share the dump file, and I’ll check it for you.

wrong (sort of), it refers to the 80 PLUS efficiency certification level of the PSU, which is a standard that rates how efficiently a PSU converts power from the wall into usable power for your computer.

 

"platinum" then means high efficiency, which often (but not always) means better quality, better components, and more reliability, but it's not a guarantee.

That PSU is a Seasonic based unit, those units have had known issues with the transient loads of RTX3 and 4000 series cards. It wouldn't blow it up per se but would cause shutdowns under load from time to time and can potentially damage it. 

 

You have an iGPU enabled CPU and board so just try to boot it without the GPU and with 1 monitor connected to the board directly. See what that does.
