It looks like you *can't* factory reset without access to the printer's screen which seems like Bambu being Bambu again.
You may have to contact their support to resolve this. And it might end up needing to be sent back to them.

Well I went back into studio and hit cancel which did nothing so I hit resume and then it cancelled it out

I think we are fixed

Got a P1S at work, a print was 91% of the way through a print on Monday when I was going to run out of filament so I paused the print and ordered more filament.

Flash forward to Tuesday (Yesterday) and filament arrived. I was out of town so I asked my boss if he could load the new spool and resume the print. He was getting errors about the extruder being clogged so I told him to wait and ill deal with it the next day.

I got in today and messed with it, Bambu slicer was stuck on unload filament. I could hit retry, it would heat the extruder up but not do anything, just tell me to remove the filament (Which was already removed) and then complained about a clogged extruder. Couldnt move the extruder, etc.

I decided to kill power to it in hopes that it would start being responsive again and made it worse. Now I cant change the temp, etc. All I can do through bambu slicer is turn the light on and off.

The screen on the P1S is unresponsive. IT turns on and displays an image, but the buttons dont do anything. Software wont let me do anything either. Just says there was power loss and if I want to resume. If I hit resume it does nothing, if I hit cancel it does nothing.

How do I recover? Do I need to factory reset? If so, how do I do so without access to the printers screen?

Thanks
