Need help please PC

Hello. 

My  computer froze now  power cycles, and a red cpu light is on my motherboard. 

My specs are z490 arours master motherboard

1080 ti msi

Intel i9 10900kf

2 16gb sticks of ram

M.2 and hard drive

Xion 1000 watt power supply.

I was thinking its my power supply. 

 

Please help if you can

It could definitely be your power supply.  If its the XION XON-1000P14F you are using then its old and quite terrible.

 

Try to reset the CMOS.
