I watched over 10 GPU removal videos, tried using a screwdriver, ruler, and a chopstick but I still can't get the PCIe button to work. I tried from multiple angles, and the force applied should be enough since the button leaves an imprint on my finger.

I am 100% sure I removed the cable

I am 99% sure I removed all screws: I can't find any more, and I can wiggle the GPU. But attached is a photo in-case I missed one.

GPU: MSI RTX3060 12GB GDDR6

Motherboard: MSI PRO B660M-A WIFI

Case: AITC W M-ATX Tower Case

Why won’t my GPU come out, even though I’ve removed the screws and cables and am pressing the PCIe release button with enough force?

What exactly are you trying to remove? The GPU from the case? The GPU die? The GPU cooler?

GPU from motherboard

Try pushing the GPU towards motherboard first so the lock latches again.

Then press the lock at the area near the end of right half portion of it

That's where I usually push to unlock.

One time, somehow the lock half re-locked when I'm pulling out the card, so I held the lock in place (at unlocked state) with 1 hand, while my other hand wiggled out the GPU.

There is approximately 99% chance I edited my post
