When i turn my pc on the fan will start spinning and my LED lights will turn on and then after a second or two it will turn off

Did the computer work before, or is this a new build?

 

Have you made any changes/additions to the hardware/software just before this happened?

I don’t know much about the hardware but i know i have 16G of DDR 3 and my GPU is AMD radeon 5600xt. It was was christmas gift from from my parents this year it worked fine just 2 days ago but yesterday i woke up and it was doing that there is a solid red light on my motherboard looked it up and it said it could be multiple things one of them was the ram so i tried taking them out and putting them back in so i dont think thats the problem, i recently factory reset my computer and when i did that my monitors sound stopped working but other than that i haven’t had any problems in the past with this computer, if you have any suggestions please lmk, im also on vacation right now i will be home tomorrow and try any suggestions you or anyone gives i will also try to get a video of it.
