so since yesterday my PC just seems to very suddenly keep freezing , often i have to restart it and other times it take about 30 seconds to fix its self??

first thing i would do is clear out all your temporary file and clean up your startup programs(msconfig).  running a registry cleaner couldnt hurt either.  pick up ccleaner and see if that doesnt at least help a little.
