It's been a while.. Build Recommendations?

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Flight Simulator, Random Steam Indie Games, Beam NG, Primarily gaming with a 4K Monitor as primary display and 2 1080P monitors as secondary. 

Other details: 

I currently have a Core I9-9900K, 32GB 3200MHZ DDR4, EVGA RTX 2080, Fractal Design R6 Case, Corsair H115I, Assortment of Noctua and Corsair RGB Fairs, and Corsair 650W PSU (which I'll likely need to upgrade). It's been a while since I've paid attention to the latest and greatest component that has released. I took a peek at Micro Center the other week and was shocked to see how far behind my setup is already. If I can upgrade off of my existing setup, that would be ideal, but I'm not opposed to a whole new rig. If I can run 4K 60-120FPS Locked on the Primary Display, that would be great. Any suggestions would be great.
