is Arrow electronics reliable?

I have a shorted MDU1514 Mosfet on a gt 710 and arrow electronics is the only place I found so far other than ebay where I can buy them. Does anybody have experience with arrow electrons and have ordered something from them? one downside to arrow electronics is I have to get 3000 of them

They're a reputable distributor, up there with Digikey and Mouser.

Have heard of them when I used to work in the industry. They're not exactly targeting hobbyists hence the bigger MOQ.

You can buy an awful lot of GT 710s for that kind of money. Even buying a couple MOSFETs off eBay gets pretty close to the current going price of one.

 

Are you sure you want to bother fixing the card you have?

there pricing wasn't clear to me on the website, so I got a quote for the price and well I was waiting I asked if they where reliable. fixing the gt 710 is  mainly for fun and learning new skills like finding shorts and micro soldering.

Ok so you could buy a used card and take that mosfet, should be way cheaper?

I got luck and there's one on a laptop motherboard I have laying around
