Pc Issues at random times

Hello me and my friend been having issues some what similar, My issues been where my pc will loose output to my monitors randomly while gaming, and it sometimes also freezes and black screens. The only new part on my pc recent was my GPU but never had this issue as bad until recently 

 

My friends issue is their PC randomly turns fully off during gaming and only recently been showing where monitors loose output.

 

 

My specs 

CPU - 7800x3d

Mobo - Asus TUF gaming b650-plus

Ram - 2x16 Corsair 5200mhz

GPU - AMD 9070XT

 

Temps for cpu hover between 70 to 80 and gpu hovers around 65 to 70 I usually have temps on screen constantly while i game

 

My friends pc temps avg around 75 to 80 on CPU and 65 to 74 for GPU during gaming
