Help with NZXT AIO

hey I'm not too new or anything but i have an old NZXT 240MM AIO and a new i7 14700k just put in a new gpu when i start any game or do a stress test im peaking at 92c for a few secends and then ti will stay around 70-80 i feel like this is too hot what is your thoughts ? i have the fans pulling config at the front of my case1

What case and fan setup?

 

70-80 is about where a 14700K would be, with a 240mm.

my water temp is at 38

 

That's normal on a stress test, and 92C is still 8C from TJMax

Your cooler should be ok for gaming tho, if you want better temps at full load you need a 360 AIO

By Intel's own specs, you've got 8C more headroom till the CPU is starting to throttle. You're good.

i mean, 92C sound bad in my opinion... i run a r7 2700x at 4.38G at 1.36V and pulls about 220W. i cool it with a 240mm corsair AIO and it hits around 80C during stress. 38C water temp sound a bit low, ive never seen what my own water temp is but it sounds like it shoulve been hotter. maybe its like the thermal paste (or metal) or just the AIO config (like the pump thats upside down lol)

That shouldn't matter.

 

From what I understand is that NZXT is just a shit brand to begin with.

 

Plus a 240 rad on a fire breathing monster is probably not the best of plans.
