watch out for the TPM! some of the software licenses might be tied to the mobo TPU, for work i had to swap an nvme from a computer to another and the office license was giving me a huge headache, windows might not like the fact that you swapped mobo.

in order to fix this issue i should have had to manually deregister the office365 license, uninstall the software, reinstall and then re-login to the business account, all this with still the possibility that it could even not work.

Do you remember if Bitlocker were enabled on the drive before you swapped motherboard? If yes then that will cause trouble, you'll have to search for the decryption keys on your Microsoft account. There are plenty of people not knowing that they could have it enabled unknowningly.

Another problem that could appear is if your Windows license is an OEM license. Windows could decide the license is invalid and you'll have to buy a new one. The same with some Microsoft softwares as @y0ur5h4d0w mentioned.
