The side of my case(Cooler Master N300) is quite warm even if im not gaming or at idle. Is my temperature too high?

They're okay. Kinda expect it with old parts like those. Try dusting or reapplying thermal paste if it'll ease your mind.

i apply my previous thermal paste on my cpu slightly too much, although i know less is more. It should be fine if i reapply thermal paste.
