so I moved my PC from college to my house. I built it over there because at the time I had just gotten the parts. I have a ryzen 9900x3d, RX 6950 XT a asus rog b650 gaming a wifi, a 850 watt psu, and 16x2 ripjaws G5. it worked fine before I brought it home. There’s no physical damage, and I had taken all the parts out. When I first booted it up, it did not post. Dram lights stayed on. I cleared the CMOS, reseated the ram sticks and test each one. I tried to reseat my CPU as well as make sure that there’s not too much pressure on the CPU and nothing. What do I do now?

Maybe you made a mistake when you put the parts back in.
You can check if you used the correct RAM slots,
reconnect all the cables...
You could take the time to take everything apart and build it from scratch just like the first time you did it.
