There is a decent chance that your motherboard needs a BIOS update for the Ryzen 9700x to work as its a B650 motherboard.

The Ryzen 9700x is only supported on BIOS Version F30 and later. If your motherboard is on BIOS F1,F2,F3,F4 or F5, it won't post.

The motherboard does support the Gigabyte QFlash method so you can update the BIOS without a supported CPU.

This is where I would start, update the BIOS.

You would need a USB Flashdrive that is between 4-32GB and that is FAT32.  It can be an old USB Flashdrive if you have one, my BIOS Flashdrive is from 2007.

Most USB Flashdrives above 32GB are not FAT32.

You would also require a laptop of a PC to download the BIOS file.

This might seem complicated but it is actually quite a straight forwards thing to do.

If you need more help or have questions, let me know.

It looks like a BIOS update is needed.

Download BIOS Version F34.  It will contain every update from previous BIOS versions as well.

Do you have a monitor connected to the PC?  Either in the GPU or Motherboard through an HDMI or DP cable?

How long are you waiting before you give up after red light shows up?

I have it plugged into a monitor via HDMI. I haven't waited a specific amount of time after the red light shows up, how long should I wait?

Try to turn the monitor on before you turn the PC on if you haven't done this already.

Wait at least 5 minutes as the RAM might need to do its training first.

I will reply back and help again tomorrow. its 2:30 AM here in Norway and I need sleep.
