"Burn" mark around Steam Deck processor?

1 month old Steam Deck OLED 1TB and I just opened it up to put white buttons and hall sticks in it, and noticed this stain of some sort around the processor. Fan never ramps up much and game performance has been fine, so I'm not sure what this is and whether I need to worry?

It's not a burn mark, it is oil from thermal pads. It's completely safe and nothing to worry about.

This doesn't look like a burn mark to me. This looks like thermal pad oil/grase that can get released over time. It shouldn't be dangerous or harmful.
