Budget (including currency): max 1000 USD

Country: United States

Games, programs, or workloads that it will be used for:

satisfactory

cities skylines 2

Farming Simulator 25

solidworks

Counter-Strike 2

Snow Runner

premiere pro

after effects

Minecraft modded and vanilla

valorant

f1

Call of Duty, if possible

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I just received this PC for free and wanted to see for an upgrade path or as last resort sell and make a new build
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080

Win 11 pro

Intel i7 9700k CPU 8 cores

Motherboard is ASRock Z370M-ITX/ac

32 GB RAM

Silverstone 550W SFX power supply

This is the part list I got, and I don't have the PC on me to confirm more details

I need a monitor, preferably 2, with a monitor stand, but I am ok with one. Again, 1440p 144Hz if possible, but 1080p is also fine with whatever refresh rate I can manage with my setup. Ideally, give me some recommendations on 2 1080p monitors and one 1440p, so I can compare. if buying one monitor it can be out of the max budget above but needs to be around 100usd

I'm going to be buying the components I need to have a functional PC, such as a monitor, storage, if this does not have storage by the end of August / September, but the rest will most likely be in January or feb

Also, I would like to upgrade out of the ITX size if possible. I prefer ATX or Micro-ATX at the smallest, but if it takes away from performance, I'll stay in ITX

My current setup, which is not the one I received for free, the one that is mine and I am using, is a laptop with an i5-8250u MX130, 16 GB of DDR3 1600MHz ram, a 256 GB Samsung EVO SSD a 1 TB Toshiba HDD

If your RAM is DDR4-3200 or 3600 I would look at a Intel 12 gen cpu.

Yeah sell and build a new one or atleast mobo cpu ram swap and thats regardless of the ram cause all ddr4 can hit atleast 3200 (though alot of them do 4000+) and the price diff between 32gb ddr4 and ddr5 is only 50$ which you can make up by cutting cost on the board

You want low profile DDR5-6000 CL30 so that the heatsinks don't impede that dual tower cpu cooler ... CL30 for the low latency.
