Hello,

I've been experiencing some issues withk my Roccat Kone Air. It freezes at some point randomly. I updated the drivers and i reinstalled the software and it still doesn't work. Its like the curser is glued to the postion and then it releases itself.

Does anyone have any Ideas? If you need anymore Information, lmk

Have you tried updating the firmware through Swarm?

Is it Bluetooth? My BT mouse does that, but not the wired one.
