It would be so cool if you water cooled RAM! If you ever see someone brag about their computer, tell them you have water cooled RAM. I guarantee it will shut them right up. xD

no, you could spend that money on better hardware.

First of all, I know, I know, it's totally pointless, but it looks cool, so whatever. But anyways, you know how you could mount waterblocks on the original Dominators? If you remove the lightbars, can you mount those waterblocks onto the Dominator Platinums?

No, you would need to remove the heatsinks which btw are very hard to do on the Dom Plats.

I think there are RAM water blocks that you can place on the Dominator platinums without removing the tall cooler.

The heatsinks are glued to the ram sticks, and very well too. EK themselves don't recommend trying it out on these as people have managed to pull out the ram chips off the board.
