Well I wasn't sure where to post this but my feet on my bitfenix prodigy cracked so I emailed them.. About 2 days later I got an email back saying to start a support ticket. I did that and it took them 5 days to reply to it.. They asked for my serial number and address and all that so I sent it and its been almost 2 weeks without a response. I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this with bitfenix support and if anyone has had any good experiences with them.. Thanks!

Weird. I asked them where i can buy a side panel for my case and they responded about 2 hours later...

So bitfenix finally replied more than a month later and they are shipping out a replacement part, now that I dont even use that case anymore.. better late than never?
