Quick question on driver

ASUS DriverHub is saying I need a driver I don’t think I need, the CPU I have is the Ryzen 9 9950x3D not the shown CPU driver

You do not need this driver  Skip it.

That's a driver for the non-existent NPU, so you don't need it. For CPU drivers (or in fact, any drivers), go to the AMD website.
