Motherboard broken?

Hi guys i just got the ASRock B850M Pro-A WiFi Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard and this piece is loose. I just want to ask if its normal because its my first build and i dont know much about building a pc.

It is nothing more than a heat spreader, so if really it's loose you could try to gently tighten its screws on the other side.

Or just leave it if it makes contact to the components it's supposed to cool.

I made a 2. Angle and it looks like its supposed to do that but idk. If its broken i will just return it but that would be a pain in the a since i dont have much time next week and shioping takes forever. Dont mind the breathing i have a cold.
