So, while working on the current rig i want to build, I took a closer look at mini itx... i fell in love with a lot of the stuff. so i  kind off made this little build with a medium  budget.
case; corair 250D
cpu: a10 7850k, just because i am in love with it and i also found it for 154$ in my country... which is nice and badass
motherboard Gigabyet F2A88XN. comes at around 87 euros, and it is perfect for mini itx fm2+ builds
GPU: the msi r7 265 because of value for money and it just looks REAAAAALLY sexy. it comes at around 150 euros/dollars, and it performs amazingly.
PSU: corsair cx 500M. i have it in my current rig, i love it. around 58 euros
storage: a seagate barracuda 1TB at 53 euros. 7.2k rpm, reliable, just awesome
ram:crucial ballistix sport at 1600 MHZ... i dont think with the gpu you will need higher ram. this build comes in at 660 dollars. i might build this 1 day, but it is unlikeley

I've made a quick build, it's far better than the APU and the mid end GPU.

@Pheonix70 - Don't bother with the A10-7850K APU if you're not going to use the on-board graphics. The CPU portion of the 7850K has about the same performance as the Athlon X4 760K which costs far less (about 80 euros less).

maybe as a later upgrade.

You could build something like this, run your games off the 7850K on it's own and add a more powerful GPU later on. It just doesn't make sense to run an APU with a low to mid-range GPU when you could run the Athlon X4 760K instead and use the money saved for a much stronger GPU.

That ram is CL9 at 2133mhz so it would help that APU perform quite nicely in games for the time being.
