I am trying to connect to my phone. The app is PDANET.  I tried using Wine to run PDANET,  but it just gets confused.

I use the proxy no problem on Windows.

I put the same info in on  Linux/Bazzite KDE version and it connects, but there is no internet.

The internet otherwise works normally on the machine.

Any apps for proper proxy adding or better distros advice?

Thanks,

John Coleman

You want easy tether pro. It has both Linux and Windows and OSX clients. I've used it in the field extensively. I use to be a PDA net guy but easytether is now my default. One time purchase of $10 for the pro version. Highly recommend
