No, you can't. At least not for games.

Some productivity tools can make use of multiple GPUs.

Multiple GPUs working together requires SLI (or CF for AMD). This generally requires two identical GPUs, the particular GPU needs to support it and the game also needs to support it. SLI support in games hasn't been a thing for a while now.

Theoretically DX 12 supports explicit multi-GPU but outside of Ashes of the Singularity, I don't think there's a game that makes use of it

hi yall i have a gtx 970 and a nvidia p2200 and i was wondering if i could run them together? i have a ryzen 5 5500 32gb ram msi mpg b550 gaming plus 1tb ssd and a 500 watt power supply. i just want to run the 2 graphics cards as one or if i can? if so how?

You can use them all, but not in the way that would benefit gaming. Also, GPU's go in a computer, not the sink 😉

I got so excited when I saw the title...

I think the term you were looking for was SLI. The tech is dead and that card combo wouldn't have supported it anyways.
