Mouse With Complex Macro's On-Board

Hello! I am looking for a mouse with On-Board Complex macro's on board and be able to use them on another computer on my KVM. (For instance: Pushing the letter key E over and over until toggled off). I have bought the Corsair Scimitar Wireless, Most of the Logitech Mice, Roccat Kone Air 2 times (and a few other Roccats). They have On-Board memory but the macros do not transfer when it is on the other computer. On the Logitech some simple macro's (Like pushing a set of keys A B C D once will work, but not toggle macro's.). On the Corsair is the same thing. It will transfer a macro that will run once A B C D will work but not toggles. The Roccat mice worked for a while but when Turtle Beach took over, there software completly broke the mouse and it literally doesn't work at all anymore, let alone the macros. I know most mice have On-Board memory profiles but I am looking for the complex macros primarily. More buttons (Like MMO Mice) would be best but honestly at this point I will make it work. I haven't tried Razer in a while but I did have a few of those but I hated the software. But if it will do what I need I will bite the bullet if it works for what I need it to do.

The price kind of doesn't matter but I don't want to go crazy (400+ is crazy to me). Any help is appreciated! This is kind of a crazy problem to have I realize but this is where I find myself lol. If this kind of question is not allowed here, please feel free to delete it, and I apologize. I have been coming here for a long time to see if I could find one that works and not make a post but I finally just figured I would ask. Again, Thanks for your time!
