Hello, I have snatched this mobo on ebay for 100€ and it is unused, but as it appears there are 3 pins bent, it is a B650 ROG STRIX WIFI, does anyone have any tool recommendations to bend those back? And any ifixit tools recommended? Thanks

a needle or some other small point, it looks like the two on the right are bent up and the one on the left is bent down.

It's definitely used. Seller lied if they say it wasn't

Any thin metal probe. My fave is a dental pick. Best of luck!

bent down pin is I believe 32:BA which is a vss pin, a ground.
pins 38:A and 39:A are very much needed for the function of memory channel B.
using the board as is, assuming the bent down pin doesnt contact the surrounding pins, it will work but you cannot insert memory into slot B or it will not post.
if you want to have the most chance at success, focus more on the two other pins and use extreme caution on the single pin.
for the one pin just try if anything to get it out of the way. If you chose to try to break it off, that is valid, but first do your own research on the pin and make sure it is 32:BA.

Honestly for a price of 100 euros I would just return/cancel it (ebay should side with you if the seller doesn't accept it). You can get brand new B650 boards for not much more money than that. Yeah, it won't necessarily be as nice of a board as the Strix but most people don't need the features of the Strix anyway.

If the board had been like 30 euros I'd feel differently, but for 100 euros, just get your money back.

Thank you so much man, I rewatched the linus video and I saw there is the schematics for the socket pins, I will try it so I carefully bend down those 2 pins and try without the 1 pin.

So you would say that ASUS TUF GAMING B650-E WIFI, would be a better option? for 130€

Yes - and surely that's a used price? Just make sure it doesn't have any bent pins. Like I said before, boards that require repair like a bent pin shouldn't be more than, like, 40 euros.

i'll try to negotiate something, I see that new ones here are around 200€ so I thought it was a good deal

Do you mean that B650 boards in general start around 200 euros new? Because for 99% of people, a cheaper B650 board like the Gigabyte B650M Gaming Plus would be plenty. You don't really need higher-end boards like the Strix or TUF for most use cases.
