Is COOLERMASTER B600 B SERIES 600W PSU enough for a fx-6350 and a GTX 750TI?

Yes, more than enough.

I like to go about 25%-30% over in PSU Wattage due to degrading and whatnot, and even in that case - you're plenty there.
