Pc wont turn on

Pc wont turn on the RGB fans wont turn on either the only thing that seems to work is the RGB ram sticks everything else jerks then stops.

Typically this issue is related to the power supply or motherboard, you can try removing the ram and attempting boot with one stick at a time. But with the information provided I'd lean more towards the power supply. If you have another PSU you can test in the system that would be the next step I recommend if the ram doesn't do anything.

It this a new build?
Full system specs please. Be as specific as possible.

Leaning towards a power supply problem or a short.
