Hi guys! I bought a new 1TB Kingston SSD and it stays 100% usage when PC is connected to internet. I tried everything I find on the internet to solve this problem but no good results. Task Manager shows only 1 process eating up the SSD. It's about the "System" process. The SSD writes like 2.5MBps and it has between 500 and 14000 ms. What should i do? The SSD is new. I have another 240GB Kingston SSD which is working just fine. I tried everything. I even deconnected the older SSD thinking it's something about the SATA port. The new one it's NVeM. Help me!

Probably Windows being stupid while performing an update, try manually checking for updates and installing them.
Also, after windows update is done and it restarts, it isn't actually done it will continue doing God knows what in the background... sometimes for hours, so give it time and see if it goes away later.

Open Resource Monitor and see where the majority of the reads and writes are happening.

I also don't think you have a good SSD. The performance doesn't look that good.

Microsoft owns my soul.

Also, Dell is evil, but HP kinda nice.
