When watching LTT videos on benchmarking they show CPU/GPU stats on the monitor. What program do they use? Thanks.

Sometimes Nvidia overlay if they use an Nvidia GPU and sometimes MSI Afterburner overlay / Rivatuner.

Here is a little clip of me upside down in a tank.
You can see that I use MS Afterburner in the top left to display things.  If you need help setting it up, let me know!

And no, you don't need an MSI graphics card or motherboard.

LTT specifically uses Nvidia Frameview in nearly every instance.

Can be downloaded directly or through the Nvidia App. Very simple one click launch and its just working.

If you want other one click alternatives, Nvidia's built in overlay (well a few more clicks to visually configure it) or AMD's overlay in Adrenaline.

Intel PresentMon is also one click. (site is not loading as of the time of writing for me)

If you want to get advanced, have a lot more customizability and are OK with a potentially complicated setup process to if you're new to computers, the combination of Riva Tuner Statistics Server for the overlay and either MSI Afterburner or (my preference) CapFrameX for data gathering are also popular options. If you go the Afterburner route, RTSS is included as part of the install process.

If you want to get even more complicated and really go nuts with PC game optimizing and tweaking, Special K is something I don't leave home without.
