First off get a sapphire R9 290X2.

then sit at home and stare at the beauty for the next few months and realize that you forgot to buy the rest of the PC.

8gb of ram

whatever case you please that fits the budget

whichever 750watt psu you prefer

 

If it is above your budget I would scale down on the gpu and get a 280x or a gtx 770.
