Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Corsair old case dont know the name of it,PSU Corsair RM850x got as a gift 4060 gigabyte windforce.

But with 0 Euro budget, we can't really help you.

Sucks dude. Fuck cancer. Two survivors in my immediate fam. Sucks
Flipping PCs ethically is pretty much a zero sum game unless you get into the volume business and that takes seed capital and time. Lots of time. You're very unlikely to be able to boot strap a new PC doing it.
That being said, you have a solid GPU and PSU. What CPU do you have? You might be able to scrape up enough to do an AM4 build. 5600 is still a solid 1080p gaming chip

what is your current build?
even if its super old, the 4060 would likely go in it and work for now. I'm not sure if you can get a mobo ram cpu cooler combo for what most older pcs go for

I might just say ill have aprox 750 euros budget,im trying to switch to ryzen i got a i7 11700K ,32gigs of vengence ram 4000mhz and a gigabyte b560m DS3H V3 but im trying to switch to ddr5 ram something newer

750 Euros is definitely better than 0!

Any particular reason you feel that you need DDR5 over DDR4? 

 

You can definitely get a Ryzen 7600/9600x,  Motherboard and DDR5 RAM within your budget.
