1. My charger will sometimes not charge my Ally when it's plugged in (bios fully up to date) (plugged into a 65watt charger)

2. Pressing a button or moving a cursor in a game will move two times (menu moves over two spots when moving through a menu) (all triggers and buttons calibrated)

3. In some games left or right trigger don't work (Ori will of the whisp doesn't detect right trigger, Kingdom hearts 3 detects Left trigger as pressing both triggers simultaneously) (all buttons have been correctly mapped)

Anyone have any solutions?

1. Usb c port may be dirty/damaged.

2. Sounds like stick drift you can use joystick testers to see if that is the case

3. This can happen and if its fine in other games it does sound like a mapping/driver issue with its controller buttons

1. Cleaned the port. Console detects there is a plug in there it just doesn't charge. Tried multiple different cables and chargers.

2. Happens with all sticks and dpads

3. No way to remap buttons in the game.

C port may then be dead

Either a big sriver issue or a defective controller board

That is unfortunate however theres multiple windows tools to do this outside of the game you could try

Does it draw power from the charger or the battery in this state? I've had something like this before when I plugged it in right after draining it to like 3%. It stopped drawing power from the battery but didn't put any power into the battery. I assume the battery might have been too hot since I did use 25W mode. After like 10 minutes, it started putting power into the battery again.
I've also had something similar happen on a laptop. It wouldn't charge at all but drew power from the brick. I had to re-install Windows and that fixed it, so a step could be to try to re-install Armoury Crate SE

If it does draw power from the charger and not from the battery, it's some software issue, which I consider to be much more likely

It seems to be drawing power from the charger because windows thinks the battery is charging. It's just not drawing 65watts or enough to charge the battery. The battery still drains while in this state.

Does it work with the original charger? It's highly unlikely, but it could also be a communication issue where the Ally can't get the charger to switch to the correct voltage and current limit
