Windows problem

I am currently using Windows 10 on my system. Recently, I have been facing a weird problem with Windows that a program automatically starts, and I switch to that window in the middle of something (for example, in gaming, I lose control of the game, or when using any other program), the window just transitions to the other window. Now the problem is, I cannot detect the program. It just switches the window, but with no apparent active windows or programs to detect. 

 

How can I solve the problem (detect and delete the program)?

I'd run malware scanner first.
Like MalwareBytes

 

If it does detect something, I'd most likely just nuke the whole thing.

In other words, at least how I understood it, seems like something is stealing focus from a current window.

 

After you've checked your machine for malware try this thing https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer

It's like an advanced task manager, tracks every little thing happening on your PC. Keep it running for some time and as soon as the window loses focus check it to see if something obvious triggers it.
