AMD Downsample help

So when I try to downsample using the DownsamplingGUI, I get this error: ADL_Display_ModeTimingOverride_Set() failed!

 

I have a R9 290X using the 14.6 Beta drivers. I have Java downloading since it's required. Does anyone know what this error means?

 

Any help is appreciated.
