Budget (including currency): up to 2,650 USD want to be low though

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: BeamNG.drive, Asseto Corsa, and cyberpunk 2077

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): playing on a ultrawide but I need a ultrawide and found a good one for $200 and that will need to be in the budget.

Get recommended parts, then pray GPU prices drop because UW is like 4K, you have extra pixels for your GPU to worry about on your screen.

Or tank the still slightly-moderately "absurd" price.
