PC crashing and RAM issues

Current PC specs (Had a gaming pc from 2018 but upgraded a few parts recently)
CPU: Ryzen 7600x

GPU: Nvidia 1080TI

Motherboard: MSI B650M WIFI

RAM: 5200MT Kingston FURY 2X 8GB

Storage: M.2 1TB SSD   AND   1TB external SATA

PSU: Novatech 600W bronze semi modular

 

 

About 4 months ago i upgraded most of my PC except my GPU and PSU and everything seemed fine until a few weeks ago when i realized that under high stress my PC black screens and for the games that i usually play (mainly racing sims) like iRacing or assetto corsa are having issues loading into races and i get a error that pops up on my screen from task manager that says that my memory is low even though im running the recommended specs for both titles and i have nothing open in the background 

 

WHAT I HAVE TRIED SO FAR:

Ive been told to run OCCT to stress test everything and it seems fine

I have reinstalled both games and have the same issue

Im considering buying more RAM or buying a new PSU

I have done the required EXPO stuff in the BIOS as well

Reinstalled latest nvidia drivers

Also in the game files (as per game forums) i have limited my RAM usage to 12GB (was 14 initially)

The guy that i had put everything together said that i shouldn't have any issues in terms of Wattage or ram allocation and even he isnt able to find the issue 

 

Overall im quite new to PCs and im having a hard time understanding what could be going wrong as i dont want to spend more on unnecessary upgrades or temporary fixes but if anyone is able to recommend anything that would be great, if anyone needs anymore details or info just lmk

try with one ram stick at a time, monitor your gpus vram usage as you play your games.
