I am having an issue where my internet will cut out intermittently while doing things that require a constant connection. Some examples include rubber banding in online games, buffering when watching Twitch streams, and robotic voices in Discord calls. Whenever one of these lag spikes happens, I notice my ping gets really high for a few seconds and then drops back down to normal. When I run a speed test, I get 420 mbps down/175 mbps up. This has been happening ever since I built my computer in September 2024. I did not have this issue with my previous computer, and I don't have any issues with Teams calls on my work laptop in the same room. My specs are listed below.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
RAM: 2x16 GB DDR5-6000
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B650M-A AX II
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060
Storage: 2TB Samsung 990 Evo, 4TB Seagate Ironwolf
PSU: Corsair RM750E
OS: Windows 11
