For high settings you would want something like a RX 7700 XT 12GB + 750W psu.

The 3060 will work fine. If you play Fortnight or Delta Force then you can play on high settings and get good frame rates. I play a lot of Delta Force (free game) with my 12400F + 3060 Ti 8GB and I'm averaging 140 - 150 fps on high settings.

how about the 7600xt and i5 14400f can i reach high settings with more than 60 fos with it?

That's a decent combo but I don't know what the frame rates would be tbh.
