why do u want a xeon?

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.1 Corinthians 13:4

In that case I would seriously consider the build I just edited into my previous post. Plenty of horsepower for things like blender, and it will get you much better performance in gaming. You'll also like the Lian Li case if you want it to be portable.

edit, here's a version with a motherboard and without a CPU, since you already own it.

CPU Cooler:  Noctua NH-L9i 57.5 CFM CPU Cooler  ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard:  MSI Z87I AC Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($118.23 @ Newegg)
Memory:  Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($87.32 @ NCIX US)
Storage:  Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($109.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card:  MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB ITX Video Card  ($263.98 @ Newegg)
Case:  Lian-Li PC-TU100B Mini ITX Tower Case  ($105.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $881.72

Mobo? thats like the main reason i posted this, lol

I wont be over clocking and i prefer to have hyper hyper threading, so why a 4670k?. Why should i drop down to 8gb of ram? Especially a 2x4 kit, so i cant upgrade it? I Dont want a hdd, and to me that case is ugly(especially at 2x the price)

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gah97nwifi

Has wireless (Wi-Fi ac + bt 4.0 (+EDR)) and supports that CPU

For all that system CX500M would run fine

I think that might be the mobo i get.

Isnt the cx500m only semi modular? also isnt it pretty long for the watts? I dont need a cheap psu, i just want it to be good for my case

it was just a suggestion. 8GB is fine for gaming/3d work, a 4670k is a much better bang for your buck and at the time I didn't know you already had the Xeon. An HDD/SSD combo setup at this point in time still makes much more sense than a pure SSD setup in terms of value and the case is fully up to you. I though you might like it because it is truely ultra-portable and smaller than the Elite 110. I also updated the other post with a motherboard. Again, this is a suggestion, take it or leave it.

I know it is a suggestion, i just wanted some justification on the choices. Would you still get the z97 board with the xeon?

I did explain my choices but again, I'm not you, you might have different preferences. I'm just giving you what is generally recommended for a 3D work/gaming rig. You won't need an overly powerful CPU (if you already have one, that's great of course), you won't need excessive amounts of RAM but you will want a nice GPU for rendering and gaming. You also wanted it to be portable, hence I recommended the most portable case I know of. nevermind though, about the chipset: honestly, I don't see a real need for Z97. Get it if you can, if Z87 is cheaper, get that. There is no difference you would notice, just keep an eye out for the motherboards features.
