AMD Adrenalin 25.3.2 issue

I seem to have faced a weird issue with the 25.3.2 AMD Driver which I installed to support FSR 3 in TLOU 2. The update was downloaded manually and installed cleanly using AMD clean-up utility as I update drivers once in 3 months or so.

After the install I see that my startup programs (Afterburner, TridentZRGB, GHub) are launching with a noticeable delay.

Also when I right click on Desktop after the system boots the loading circle keeps rotating for a second or two until all the programs load up. 

Both of these issues were not present before. Any idea if this can be solved with any tinkering in the AMD software as I need FSR in TLOU 3 for a decent FPS stability?

Then revert the driver and use this to enable FSR 3.1
