i never undervolted a gpu before, i turned cyberpunk up to its max, played for like 5 mins. i get like 4 different MHZ that come up and not sure which i should use. i get 2835 for a few seconds, 2820 most the time, a good amount of 2827, 2812 rarely for a few sec. i was thinking 2820 is right. am i right?

not sure what you mean by 4 different MHz?? You mean the fluctuations?

Yes 2820 as it appears to be able to sustain that frequency. Although I would rather round down to 2800 or lower to get a better undervolt result.

Probably to minimize the jet engine experience

the temp in the room, trying to get as close to stock as i can and cooler.  yes the  fluctuations. Also is it normal for a undervolt to get lower MHZ? like when i start i have the 2820, i tryed that and when its undervolted it get around the high 2600- low 2700 but the fps is the same or give and take 1 fps. also the watts are down to 390ish in cyberpuck maxed settings
