And that budget is? The currency also is? At what part of the world?

I would look at a 1080P monitor.

AMD Ryzen 5 5600 (non X)

wont there be bottleneck because of the 3070 on 1080p

Nope

Why would there be?

1080p is heavier on the cpu not the GPU (depends on the game and how CPU intensive is)

Also go for a b450 or better yet b550 motherboard

You are on a budget so skip the rgb in general

the non x 5600 is a good cost saving method

The mp44l is fairly cheap (119) so get that

And get a better PSU, the a750bn from MSI will do

If there is money as well a 7600xt wouldnt hurt but that is optional

Not at all. That card has 8GB of VRAM. That's not good for 1440 but it's ideal for 1080P.

"ideal" is a bit of a stretch but it'll suffice

so should i get a 1080 or 1440p monitor in your opinion?

1440p you wont do crap on

1080p is your only realistic option

Yes, whatever is the cheapest version of that 7600XT, as the versions dont matter as much for performance, if you can find a cheaper 7600XT thatll work just as well for less

and overall it should be less than the 3070's available, how much are the 3070s?
