If youre looking to hit 60fps, it probably can, but dont expect anything more than that, if going for 1440p id recommend a 7700xt, a decent upgrade over the 3070 and still cheaper than most places, cheapest i found was about 940лв

5600X seems to be a good shout, you could go for a higher tier with the cost saving of the 7600xt but thats up to you

No, if youre going for the 7700xt for 1440p there shouldnt be a bottleneck at all as with the higher resolution youll be more GPU limited

That will definitely not be limited no, but nor will the 5600X, you will see some improvements in some games with the CPU upgrade but it wont be massive

 

The 5600X3D is also another option that might be more suited to you if you can get your hands on it and if its cheaper than the 5800X

cant find the 5600x3d anywhere and the 5600x is my cheapest option i could go with intel cpu but theyre more expensive
