Visual Studio code not installing

So i use visual studio code in school, and i wanted to install it on my pc too. Problem is, that when i install it and want to open the app, it just does an error message (picture below)

I am on Windows 11 and on the operator account, so it does not make sense to me that there is no permission. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do them folders exist? If so, make sure they are not set to read-only

i just found the problem, i just had to open the app as an adminisrtator
