for the gpu the 7800 xt, 7900 gre, 7900 xt, 7900 xtx, or the 9070 xt will be better. right now it would be about $1200 more for the 7900 xtx with is the most expensive gpu. What are you using for game development?

I haven't done any yet but I really want to learn my current computer is a awful HP with integrated graphics which also has hinge problems

The Ryzen 9 9900X will be good for all these gpus and having more cores and threads it will be good for your game development.

Im learning unreal engine 5, haven't been able to make a big project yet because of my CPU and GPU Ryzen 5 5500 and a 1060 6gb.
