(Im including this part because it may be important: I have two different kits of ram that are both hyperx and are both rated for 3200mhz and are each 8gb for a total of 32gb) I noticed weeks ago that my pc was giving off whea 19 errors and that games would slowly become less and less responsive until I restarted my pc which reset it back to normal temporarily

So I tried to fix it and I suspected that it was an issue with my ram so I went into the bios and set it to default which set the ram speed to 2400mhz which actually fixed all my errors but I wanted the ram to run at 3200mhz which was it's rated speed so I turned on xmp2 which gave me a bsod

Switching back to default didn't get rid of the bsod so I turned off my pc and removed the ram and put it back in which also didn't help and now the rgb is no longer synced. none of the other profiles have fixed the blue screen either

I already did that it didn't give any signal

It only gives any signal in the orientation I showed in the picture

do you have a different storage drive with windows on it? I want to make sure you have a way to get your files off of it.

No I don't

But I do have a usb on me

Is there any way to put windows on it?

This is probably a very dumb question but is there anyway to get the windows install off my phone buy going to a website or something

you might be able to boot from windows off of a usb drive, but you need a windows device to get it onto it, any windows device with a USB port.

WHEA doesn't monitor RAM so this is likely not RAM. If you mean the screen you took a picture of, that's not a BSOD. That's a screen telling you that the boot files are corrupted. WHEA + storage errors would make the NVMe my main suspect. If that's not the BSOD, see if you have any dump files.

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and check if you have any minidump files. If you do, go back to the Windows folder and copy the Minidump folder itself to the Downloads folder (You can use the desktop if you don't have OneDrive syncing files). Zip the copied folder and attach it to a post. Please follow the instructions to the letter as Windows doesn't like you messing with files in this location.

In Event Viewer, go to Windows Logs → System. On the right hand side select Filter Current Log. In the Event Sources dropdown menu, select WHEA-logger. Highlight them if it has any (4-5 if it has a ton of them), right click and save. Upload the .evtx file to the forum.

I know for a fact the ssd is still good

Minidump.zip

I also have 6700 whea 19 errors but I think I fixed that because occt hasn't picked up any errors for the past 2 hours when before it was picking one up every 2 seconds

However the Windows problem still is a thing

I tried to reinstall windows using the bulit in windows reinstaller that claims to keep all your files but it failed

Minidump.zip 5.73 MB · 0 downloads

I need the actual event because I need to decode that long ass string after RawData. Also, what did you do that you think fixed it?

The dump files are all over the place which usually is an indicator of a memory issue.
