Some backstory pc was fine I tried downloading some games through third party bad idea I didn’t get any problems for a few weeks then out of nowhere while playing city skyline two my pc went off and this popped out I thought maybe bad drives maybe a virus so changed all drivers to one m.2 new like a day ago bought and a  ssd that already has windows on it and it still posts to this. Powers on fine all fans working pump working changed the two slots my ram was in I need help

You mean the LCD on your cooler cover is broken ? Well just shuts it off...

This is a BIOS feature that prevents boot if it detects that the case is open. (chassis intrusion detection or something similar).

I think your CMOS memory got reset when your computer crashed and the chassis intrusion feature got reset to enabled.

You can try clearing the CMOS memory in case it disables the intrusion detection. But it may not work.

Check your motherboard's manual and locate the chassis intrusion switch header. You need to put a jumper on those pins so that your BIOS detects a closed switch. Then, you enter your BIOS and disable the feature.
