Brand-new Asus TUF A15 with Ryzen 7 7435HS, RTX 4060 8gb, 32gb RAM.

Windows 11 24H2, version 26100.3775

Occasionally on battery it will force-hibernate with the following error:

CDN media

The maddening thing is, I don't know what "\_TZ.THRM" refers to in terms of specific components, and 328k - 55c - is too low of a temperature for anything to be causing a thermal alert. It's ridiculous. I've even updated my BIOS and AMD chipset drivers.

How do I stop this from happening?

I guess either this could be a hardware sensor fault or a Windows issue.

 

If your UEFI provides diagnostics and stress testing, try it.
